On a monthly or quarterly basis, our organizers will maintain and reset spaces in your home through sessions customized to address your specific priorities. Our Professional Organizers can tackle tasks like:

  • Updating labels and color coding

  • Changing dry cleaning hangers

  • Updating children’s clothing as they grow

  • Removing or replacing damaged items

  • Swapping out seasonal items

  • Resetting zones (folding and putting away)

  • Donation coordination

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our Refinement Membership is designed for established Graceful Spaces clients. There are two ways to apply:

    Post Project—clients will receive an invitation to apply for a Refinement Membership in the weeks following a project.

    Fall Enrollment—once a year, we open up additional spots in our membership for established clients who have completed a project or Refresh in the past six months.

  • A Refinement Membership is meant to maintain the highest standards and be completed throughout the home—we like to think of this as next-level housekeeping. On a monthly or quarterly basis, an organizer will maintain and reset established spaces in your home, putting things away and ensuring all products are in good condition. A Refinement Membership has limited availability with specific application periods (see above).

    A Refresh is designed to reset or reorganize and is focused on a particular space. Refresh Sessions establish new organizational zones or systems for life changes and milestones like welcoming a new baby, environmental shifts, and reaching “empty nester” status. You can schedule a Refresh at any time throughout the year.

  • While time will vary from member to member depending on home size and priorities, each Refinement session is up to five hours long. Our Professional Organizers can tackle tasks like:

    Updating labels and color coding

    Changing dry cleaning hangers

    Updating children’s clothing sizes as they grow

    Removing or replacing damaged items

    Swapping out seasonal items

    Resetting zones (folding and putting things away)

    Donation coordination

  • Any area of the home that we have worked on (or refreshed) within the last three to six months qualifies for your Refinement Membership. When you sign up for your membership, you can list your spaces in order of priority. Our team will focus on upkeep in those primary spaces every month and extend to secondary spaces whenever possible.

  • We provide services monthly or quarterly for local clients in Austin and Charleston. Clients outside these areas will schedule services every quarter.

  • Refinement allows clients to lock in a discounted hourly rate and priority scheduling for the entire year. Payments are automatically processed monthly or quarterly.

  • You can cancel your membership anytime with a 30-day notice.
