We start with an in-home consultation to learn about your family’s goals and needs, walk you through our process, and develop a project plan so everyone is on the same page. Our Product & Special Services team follows up with a Project Design Meeting, where we review your current inventory and home layout to clarify your preferences, style, routines, and any environmental considerations.

Using the information gained from the discovery phase, our full-time Product & Special Services Team curates organizational products—baskets, drawer organizers, canisters, and more—and functional decor to complement your home's design and style and support the sustainability of organizational solutions. They’ll also shop for products and appliances to fill any gaps in your inventory.

Place

Our on-site team of Lead Organizers, Senior Associates, & Professional Organizers create zones and hubs that work together to bring harmony and order to your home. They will edit your inventory, zone plan, install products, document processes for maintenance and restocking, and complete scheduled walk-throughs to ensure your satisfaction.
