Our organizers will review your submission and get to work! You’ll receive a curated product plan that blends functionality and beauty, incorporating products and systems that work specifically for your space and goals.

The Curated Product Plan is fully virtual and DIY. It does not include:
In-home installation or styling
Product purchasing or shipping
Vendor or contractor coordination
Any Graceful Spaces luxury onsite or Sourced services
Business-to-business guidance, advice on Graceful Spaces’ internal operations, or information on our business model
You are responsible for purchasing, determining exact quantities, and installing products, but we provide the roadmap and guidance to make it as seamless as possible.

Our luxury onsite services are fully done-for-you: our team arrives in your home, sources and installs products, styles the space, and manages every detail. The Curated Product Plan provides the same elevated design aesthetic and thoughtful product curation, but you implement it yourself.

Each plan is designed for one space at a time to ensure a truly comprehensive solution. Your plan will include functional design strategies, product selections, and styling guidance tailored to your layout, style, and needs. If you’d like to transform multiple areas, you may purchase additional design plans—each one provides a fully customized roadmap.

After purchase, you’ll receive a Space Information Form where you’ll upload:
Photos and/or videos of your space
Accurate measurements
Your goals, preferences, and challenges
The more detail you provide, the more personalized and effective your plan will be.

Our Curated Product Plan provides product suggestions and guidance tailored to your space based on the information you share. You are responsible for verifying measurements, determining final product quantities, ensuring items will fit, and completing the final installation. We always recommend purchasing a few extra of key items to allow for flexibility during setup. Accurate measurements and careful review will help you achieve the best results and a smooth implementation.

If an item is unavailable, you can use your follow-up form to request a substitute. We’ll recommend high-quality alternatives that fit your style and functional needs.

Once we receive your completed Space Information Form, your plan will be delivered within 5 business days, excluding all major holidays.

Beyond the plan fee, you’ll be responsible for purchasing recommended products, shipping, and any other costs associated with product purchases.

After receiving your plan, you may submit one follow-up question using our form. These are best used for clarifications or alternative product suggestions. If you need additional guidance on implementing your plan or developing routines and systems, we recommend using our Virtual Guidance Session.

Because each Curated Product Plan is fully customized to your space, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. We ask that your form be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive it in that time, we’ll send a general design board for a common space (such as a kitchen, pantry, or laundry room). Don’t worry—we’ll send reminders before the deadline to help you stay on track.
