With monthly services available for local clients and quarterly options for those outside Austin or Charleston, our dedicated organizers ensure your home maintains its impeccable standards month after month.

Graceful Spaces experienced incredible growth in 2024, continuing to expand in both Austin and Charleston. Each addition to our team is a reflection of our dedication to delivering the highest standards of service.
As Fresh Starts continues to expand, our team has seen a significant increase in activity, which has kept us incredibly busy and driven us to enhance our capacity. To support this growth, we’ve added a Product and Special Services Assistant, who plays a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. We’re also actively building out our team, bringing on more professionals to manage the growing scope of our services, ensuring we’re able to maintain the level of excellence our clients expect. Alongside this, we’ve strategically added more talented professional organizers, allowing us to manage multiple projects each week and deliver exceptional service at scale. This growth has been pivotal in enabling us to better serve our clients, and we’re excited about the continued expansion of our offerings.

Southern Living Idea House Collaboration
A highlight of the year was having the honor of providing organization to this year’s Southern Living Idea House. We worked alongside incredibly talented vendors, including the talented home designer Allison Elebash, to bring our expertise to the kitchen, pantry, garage, laundry room, and bathrooms, creating functional and beautifully organized spaces.
Foster Village 2024 Legacy of Hope Award
Since 2019, we’ve been honored to collaborate with the incredible team at Foster Village, providing organizational solutions that help families navigate daily life with more ease and comfort. This year, Graceful Spaces was deeply humbled to receive Foster Village’s 2024 Legacy of Hope Award, a testament to the meaningful work we’ve done together.

Foundational to the Graceful Spaces team is the exceptional leadership that guides every facet of our operations and ensures that our clients experience unmatched care and expertise at every touchpoint. From the moment a client connects with Cortney, our Client Success Manager, to working with Devon, our Product and Special Services Manager who oversees Fresh Starts, all project product design, and collaborates with interior designers, every detail is thoughtfully planned. McKenzie ensures seamless operations and team management, Monica plays a crucial role in bringing the best talent to our team as our Recruiting Coordinator, and Shelbi drives our marketing efforts with excellence. At the heart of it all are our co-founders, Christina and Rebecka, whose vision and hands-on leadership have guided Graceful Spaces from a dream to a company that touches every detail with purpose and care.

Organizing On the Move: Highlights from Our 2024 Travel Projects
Taking Graceful Spaces on the road is one of our greatest joys and privileges. From the luxurious estates of 90210 to the stunning mountains of Colorado, we’ve had the honor of organizing homes in some of the most breathtaking locations. No matter the destination, our clients can expect the same level of detail, expertise, and care that defines every Graceful Spaces project.
Beverly Hills, CA
We’ve had the privilege of working with our Beverly Hills client four times now, and in 2024, we had the honor of helping them prepare for their first-born baby girl. When they couldn’t find a professional organizer in Beverly Hills that aligned with their vision for both luxury and functionality, they turned to Graceful Spaces. In true Graceful Spaces fashion, we went beyond organizing the nursery and curated the entire home with everything they would need before baby girl’s arrival.
Starting months in advance, we partnered with our Beverly Hills client through a series of virtual design meetings to design a nursery closet that was both elevated and highly functional. Together, we transformed what began as a blank slate into a sophisticated and adaptable space using the customizable Elfa Decor system, ensuring it will grow alongside their baby girl. By collaborating closely with The Container Store Los Angeles team, the closet was fully designed and built out prior to our arrival, making the process seamless and stress-free for the client.
Once we arrived in Beverly Hills, our focus expanded to organizing every detail of their home, ensuring each space seamlessly blended functionality with their family’s unique needs. From the nursery to the bathroom, we thoughtfully planned for both present and future requirements. To provide ultimate convenience, nursing carts and diaper changing stations were strategically placed in multiple areas of the home, allowing the family to have essentials at their fingertips without needing to go upstairs to the nursery. Additionally, a secondary bathing station was set up downstairs, offering a simplified and efficient solution for bath time and making life with a newborn more manageable. Every detail was designed to enhance their day-to-day experience and support their growing family’s needs.
To further enhance their lifestyle, we created a baby-on-the-go closet using an over-the-door Elfa system, perfect for storing strollers, diapers, and baby carriers. Additionally, we outfitted their vehicles with essential car caddies, ensuring that every aspect of life with a newborn—whether at home or on the go—was as streamlined and stress-free as possible. This project was a true joy, blending thoughtful design and expert organization to make their growing family’s experience as effortless as it is beautiful.

Crested Butte, CO
There’s nothing quite like organizing with a view, especially when that view is the breathtaking mountains of Crested Butte. We had the pleasure of working with a client who was in a temporary space while building their dream home. The space was beautiful but on the smaller side, so we put our organizational thinking caps on to maximize every inch.
By utilizing the backs of cabinets, doors, and creative storage solutions, we were able to bring beautiful design and function together. The space felt open and organized, making the most of this cozy mountain retreat. It was a beautiful project where we truly thought outside the box to create a functional and elevated space.
Tyler, TX
This project was over a year in the making and truly a labor of love. We joined the family during the early stages of their build through our Building Luxury service, collaborating to design a home that maximized organization opportunities and ensured every space was custom-tailored to their inventory. One of the standout features was the primary closet, designed with impeccable finishes, thoughtful organization, and every detail carefully considered to meet their unique needs.
This project received so much love on social media—be sure to check out the saved highlight on our profile to see every stunning detail. It was a full team effort, with some of our Charleston team members coming together to assist with the move and install. This project was an extraordinary experience from beginning to end!
Nashville, TN
Easily a highlight of 2024 was our Nashville project, which we can’t wait to reveal in full as our first home tour of 2025. This was a full Fresh Starts project where we sourced and outfitted the entire home with everything from dish pods and small appliances to bath towels and candles. We took Fresh Starts on the road, driving to Nashville with thousands of household essentials, making sure every detail was covered. This project also marked our second time aligning our organization product selections with the design vision of Clare Kennedy Interiors, resulting in a cohesive and harmonious space. We’re beyond excited to share this home tour with you—it’s an incredible transformation you won’t want to miss. Stay tuned for sneak peeks and the full reveal coming in 2025!
